Return Policy for online purchases

Refunds can be made in full for purchases that are the wrong size or fit.  Please mail the unwashed and unworn garment back to The Broome Bird Observatory, PO Box 1313, Broome, WA 6725, let us know you have done so, and we will organize a return of funds upon receipt of the goods in new condition.  However, please note that shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. Orders with shipping under $9.20 cannot be tracked.

BBO Accommodation Cancellation Policy

For Groups

High Season (1 April – 30 September) :

• Cancellation 30 days or more = full refund

• Cancellation less than 30 days = no refund

Low Season (1 October – 31 March) :

• Cancellation 60 days or more = full refund

• Cancellation less than 30 days = no refund

For Individuals/Families, etc.

High Season (1 April – 30 September) :

• Cancellation 30 days or more = full refund

• Cancellation less than 30 days = no refund

Low Season (1 October – 31 March):

• Cancellation 30 days or more = full refund

• Cancellation 14 – 30 days = 50 per cent refund

• Cancellation less than 14 days = no refund
